Michael A. Citron is the founder and managing partner at MAC Legal PA. After watching a family member suffer from an illness that allowed them to be taken advantage of because they had no one to help them avail them of their rights, Michael was drawn to the legal world with a determination to make a difference.
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Florida, and his law degree from Florida International University. He got his start as a litigation associate in 2012, transitioning to consumer protection litigation attorney in 2014. In just three years, Michael Citron founded Mac Legal P.A. in 2017, and then become a founding partner of CitronLevin in 2019. Recognized professionally as both a rising star and trailblazer, Michael has successfully fought hundreds of cases in insurance law, consumer protection, civil litigation and proudly founded LCR|Levin Citron Rodal PLLC to spearhead a mass tort action against drug firms that irresponsibly sell dangerous and defective drugs and medical devices. As a tireless advocate for those that can’t, or do not know how, to advocate for themselves, Michael lives by the motto, “In trying times, one must do more, not less.”
Alongside his passion for the law, Michael served as a Platoon Leader in the United States Military. Furthermore he is on the forefront of Israel Advocacy both domestically and abroad. And Michael has a deep concern for mental health. Michael has always been active in talking about mental health, ever since his college days when he was a founding member of the Joint Task Force For Mindfulness In The Law for the 11th Judicial Circuit. His concern for mental health in the legal profession, together with his lifelong involvement in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, led him to establish Get On The MATT™. As a result, the program brings professional jiu-jitsu training sessions to legal offices across the state in order to help lawyers relieve dangerously high stress levels.

Ms. Cangas is a dedicated legal professional who has built her career on a foundation of academic excellence and a passion for justice. She began her journey at Miami Dade College, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Her early years in the legal field were spent as a paralegal, gaining valuable experience and insight into the intricacies of the law.
Driven by her desire to make a difference in people’s lives, she decided to further her education and pursue a law degree. She enrolled at St. Thomas University College of Law, where she excelled academically and graduated with honors. During her time in law school, she was actively involved in extracurricular activities, serving on the board of the Elder Law Society and the Cuban American Association.
It was through these experiences that she developed a deep-seated commitment to advocating for the rights of the underserved and marginalized communities. Her involvement in various organizations also honed her skills in legal research, advocacy, and client representation.
Today, as a practicing attorney, she continues to uphold the values of integrity, diligence, and compassion in her work. Her dedication to helping the “little guys” and her unwavering pursuit of justice make her a valuable asset to her clients.
